Once a month we’ll gather together virtually for 30 minutes of guided mindfulness and connection. Every month will be based on a different theme. We will begin with an overview of the theme, followed by 10 to 15 minutes of silent meditation, journaling or drawing time, and group sharing. A wonderful way to start your week, in connection with yourself and others.
