Energy work can be done with or without light touch on the body. The practitioner acts as a vessel for universal energy, which flows wherever it is most needed. It can:

• Create a sense of peace and relaxation

• Dissolve blocks to emotional healing

• Provide insights into the subconscious

I combine my training as a certified Usui Reiki practitioner with other forms of energy work to instill a greater sense of ease and relaxation in the nervous system, to aid in the alignment of different parts of yourself, and to help surface insights that might be held in your subconscious beyond the level of language. I might offer intuitive guidance through words or archetypal images that arise during the session.

Energy work sessions can also be combined with mindfulness and/or creativity coaching and dialogue to work with anything that comes up during the experience.

In-person sessions take place at The Hearth by Well Wombn, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY.

Virtual sessions are also available.
