“Love grants in a moment what toil can hardly achieve in an age.”

More about me
Beginning at an early age, I felt different from others—more physically and emotionally sensitive. It wasn't until early adulthood that I realized I had the ability to deeply feel the emotions and experiences of other people, and to sense subtleties in the world around me. This would become both my greatest gift, and the most challenging teacher in my own life. Because my personal path has led me to this work of supporting others on their own paths of growth and change, I am able to witness their experiences with authentic compassion and understanding.
I am an intensively trained and privately certified coach, and a Columbia University masters degree recipient in Clinical Psychology and Counseling with a concentration in holistic psychology and education.
At Columbia, I studied and trained with one of the original co-founders of CASEL (the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning), and explored extensively what it means to create safe, transformative environments both for individuals, and in home, educational, and professional group settings.
In addition, I am a certified holistic birth mentor and have engaged in trainings and research specifically related to the experience of birth and its ability to impact both physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the course of one's lifetime.
Whether coaching for parents, caregivers & leaders, holistic birth support, school culture consulting, or corporate support, I draw on modern research in Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Psychoneuroimmunology, archetypal understanding, trauma-informed practices, as well as older wisdom traditions and transpersonal perspectives, to inform my work.
_____
I work with clients to first understand, and then cultivate, self-compassion and a sense of inner safety—in order to elevate their own wellbeing, as well as the positive impact they have on those in their care. I also offer insight into the union of safety, connection, and care-taking.
In educational and corporate settings, I help unfold a new culture of mindfulness and connection in order to facilitate optimal learning, creativity, and leadership, so that everyone involved is better positioned to share their unique gifts.
I feel honored to have the opportunity to be a guide for others on their paths of growth. I very much look forward to working with you.
