The practitioner acts as a vessel for the client to receive universal energy, which flows wherever it is most needed. It can create a sense of peace and relaxation, dissolve blocks to emotional healing, and provide insights into the subconscious.

I combine my training as a certified Usui Reiki practitioner with other forms of energy healing to instill a greater sense of ease and relaxation in the nervous system, to aid in the alignment of different parts of yourself, and to help surface insights that might be held in your subconscious beyond the level of language. I might also offer intuitive guidance through words or archetypal images that arise during the session.
