Time just for you!
The period before passing through the threshold to motherhood is powerful on many levels. Come gather for in-person connection, relaxation, mindfulness and conversation about self-care as a critical foundation for the motherhood journey.
We’ll explore how the state of your own nervous system impacts your child during the perinatal time and why self-compassion is so important. We’ll engage in meaningful dialogue, practice some relaxing mindfulness activities, journal, and even rest! Optional energy healing will be offered at some sessions.
Moms-to-be of all kinds are welcome.
